Submission
Guidelines
Full papers reporting original and unpublished results on ASMTA are welcome. Submissions should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere while being evaluated for this conference.
All papers for ASMTA 2024 must be submitted through the Easychair paper submission system. Only papers in PDF format will be accepted for reviewing. Submissions as e-mail attachment will not be accepted.
Submissions may already be prepared in LNCS format and must not exceed 15 pages, including figures, tables, and references; see the information for authors. Please clearly indicate the corresponding author. Note that authors will be required to sign a copyright release.
Consistent with standard practice, each submitted paper will receive rigorous peer reviewing by at least three referees. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, quality, soundness, significance, and clarity of presentation.
Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted. All accepted LNCS papers will be included in the Springer LNCS proceedings. All accepted papers in the conference are expected to be presented and will be included in the conference proceedings.
Camera-ready paper submission for accepted papers
Your paper has been accepted on its current scientific merit, so only revisions strictly based on reviewer comments, grammatical or stylistic changes are allowed. For the revised paper, the page limit is no longer rigid. More than 15 pages may be accepted. In addition, you may write a short response letter to show how you are modifying your paper. Note that it is certainly not the intention to revise every point of the comments as for a journal paper. It should be clear from the reviewers’ comments which comments (if any) should be addressed.
The camera-ready version (together with all source files) must be submitted to arnaud dot devos at ugent dot be by June 5, 2024 (HARD deadline).
Please also upload a signed and completed copyright form. To download the form click here.
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper should register to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Please refer to the registration page for details on how to register.
